How we can work together
Every project starts with more than a design consultation. You can either stop there or you can continue working with us to further develop your design with either hand over the design digital boards or turn over the key seamless installation.

No matter if you are brand new to hosting or have multiple properties online, we can offer valuable insight on how to create a great guest experience and make your listing stand out above local competition.

In this consultation we will review nearby comps andwe will review your target market and nearby comps to provide recommendations (amenities, furniture placement, lighting, furniture/décor and paint colors) to enhance each room for maximum appeal.
The cost of the consultation will more than pay for itself if you get just 1-2 more reservations as a result of our recommendations.
$250 for up to 2 hours ($95 hour after) Can be done in person or via video conference.

Hand Over the Design Digital Boards
Increase your occupancy and nightly rate while saving time and money by letting us create a curated digital design.

After we preview the rental property and conduct our market analysis, we'll provide an overall design concept for the property and then curated boards for each room purchased! This option includes the following:
Provide overall design concept to guide the overarching look of the property.
The curated mood boards will showcase the overall design of the room including design elements such as wallpaper/paint color as needed.
Each suggested furnishing and accessory has a direct link to purchase online and additional designer notes before purchasing/installing.
You save money by completing the ordering, receiving, assembly and installation yourself.
This option also includes our Airbnb Essential list with links to all of the kitchen, bedding, bathroom items you'll need to get set-up.

Turn Over the Key Design & Installation
If design isn't your strong suit and you need a photo POPPING property quickly, then the turn-key option is perfect for you.

We know that there is A LOT of work that goes into setting up a short-term rental - you are starting a small business from scratch! Clever Girl Interiors will formulate a design concept based on our initial consultation and will handle everything end-to-end, including delivery and installation. With a quicker turn-around and professional photos that pop, you will TURN DESIGN INTO DOLLARS. This option includes the following:
The overall design concept will guide the overarching look of the property.
Source and coordinate the purchase of all furnishings and accessories (purchases billed separately).
Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to our warehouse and then transported to the property for install.
Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings and accessories.
Coordinate professional photographs tailored to the short-term rental market.
